Vulnerability reports include, but are not limited to:

• Exposure of users data, like the name of the Wi-Fi network if connected, the real IP address, etc.

• DNS Leaks

• Information Leaks

• Data Breaches

• Security threats

As an agent, if you receive a case where someone is reporting vulnerability on any of our VPNs, please let any of your staff members know about this assign the ticket to any staff member on duty.

These tickets need to be escalated.
