*Issue: My office blocks websites like Facebook and YouTube. I want to use a VPN to bypass this block, but it just spins and never connects.*

What To Do If Betternet Is Unable to Connect From Your Office First, please make sure you are running the latest version of Betternet on your device.

Next, check to see if a password is required to access your office Wi-Fi connection. You'll want to log into the network first and Betternet second.

Double-check that your IT Department hasn't blocked VPNs on the network. If it is against company policy to use a VPN, we recommend using mobile data or a personal internet hotspot instead.

If you work in a smaller company or are able to send a message directly to your office IT department, contact your Network Administrator and ask the following:

1\. Is there an existing VPN on the network? Two VPNs cannot work at the same time. 2\. Is there a firewall or anti-virus program set up that could be conflicting with VPN access?

To rule out any other connection issues, try to connect using mobile data or a different wi-fi network. If you cannot connect to Betternet on any network, you'll need to troubleshoot general device issues.
