ADA (American's with Disabilities Act)

For any users writing in about the ADA AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT, we need to do the best we can to be very empathetic to their needs. We try to collect as much feedback as we can to resolve their issues to the best of our abilities. Many of these users will use screen readers, voice control, Siri, or other programs and applications to help them control their device. These users could be blind, deaf, physically impaired or anything else that impacts their everyday life. We can’t stress enough to be very empathetic to their needs. Do what you can to help these users access our application.

What is the ADA?

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) became law in 1990. The ADA is a civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in all areas of public life, including jobs, schools, transportation, and all public and private places that are open to the general public.
