If you purchased your Premium subscription through the App Store and would like to request a refund, follow these steps:

1\. Go to Apple's Report a Problem page 2\. Sign in to your account with the same Apple ID used for your purchase 3\. Enter Betternet in the search bar 4\. Click "Report a Problem" next to the purchase you’d like to refund 5\. Select the appropriate item from the "Choose Problem" dropdown menu 6\. In the text box, state that you’d like a refund and explain the reason 7\. Then click Submit
