Stop Auto-Renewal Charges In Google Play

From your Android device

• Open the Google Play Store

• Click on your profile in the upper-right corner

• Select Payment & Subscriptions

• Select Subscriptions

• Select the Betternet subscription

• Tap on Cancel

• Tap YES to confirm the cancellation

On a computer

• Go to play.google.com

• Click on your profile in the upper-right corner

• Select Payment & Subscriptions

• Select Subscriptions

• Select the Betternet subscription

• Tap on Cancel

• Tap YES to confirm the cancellation

If you cannot cancel your Premium Subscription in Google Play, or you just need some technical assistance, please contact our Help Center with your GPA order number and Google Play email address so that we can cancel for you.
