*Issue: I would like a refund for my Betternet Premium subscription which was purchased through Apple's App Store on my iOS device.  How can I be reimbursed?*

Please note that because you subscribed to your Premium account through Apple, Apple's policy requires that you cancel and request a refund through them only.

Please make sure you have canceled auto-renewal on your Premium subscription in Apple before requesting a refund.

1. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

   1. Sign in using the same Apple ID you used to purchase your Premium subscription

      1. Select the appropriate options on your screen

         1. Tap Submit.
