How to cancel Betternet on the App Store

*First: Please note that Apple's policy requires that you cancel your subscription through them only. Our Support Team can't cancel Apple subscriptions.*

*Before canceling your subscription, please ensure that you are signed in to the same Apple ID with which you originally purchased your Premium subscription.*

iOS 11, 12 and 13

1. Launch Settings

   1. Tap your name

      1. Tap on Subscriptions

         1. Tap Betternet

            1. Tap Cancel Subscription

If you don't see Cancel Subscription the subscription is canceled and won't renew.
